Do I have to master basic Chinese in order to study this programme?

Mastering basic Chinese is preferred.Since our Chinese programmes are mostly conducted by Chinese language, it will be better for your fully understanding. However having basic Chinese is not our registration requirement. We also provide some special programmes to some specific groups. See here for more details.

When should I register for child programmes?

Since we set up all programmes all the year around, you could register any time except public holidays.

How should I sign up for child programmes?

You could refer to Registration Section.

If I do not have required basic Chinese, would I be disadvantaged in taking a child programme?

Those who master some higher Chinese may have a better background to begin with. However, it is not a major factor in getting good results in the programmes we have offered. Besides, we do not assume students to have some higher Chinese as background.

If I wish to drop out of this programme, what should I do?

It is possible once you get agreement from your parents about your drop-out decision and your parents have informed us. However some processing fee will be deducted.

When should I register for adult programmes?

Since we set up all programmes all the year around, you could register any time except public holidays.

How should I sign up for adult programmes?

You could refer to Registration Section.

When will I know if I have been allocated the program that I have registered for?

Once you make registration, you will know the timetable of the programmes. If you don't get the timetable, you could Contact Us.

If I wish to drop out of this programme, what should I do?

It is possible if the programme does not start. However some processing fee will be deducted.

How to register programmes for my children?

You could refer to Registration Section.

How to make a payment for registering a programmes?

You could pay by cash or cheque. Cheque should be paid to Edu-Quest Pte Ltd. And NETS is not received in our counter.

How can I frequently communicate with the teachers in your center?

We will provide the teacher's contact information to you so as to keep a track of your children's improvement. Also we urge teachers to keep contact with you.

How can I constantly be informed of the updated programmes news with your center?

You could provide your email in the registeration form when sign up for a programme.
